1. Login to your Bridge.
2. At the very top of your site, roll over "Management" and from the drop down click on "Ticket Tracking." This link is on the right-hand side of the drop down.
3. On the Ticket Tracking home page, find the business that you wish to message. You may search for the business, or the ticket.
4. Once you find the business and the ticket associated with it, look for the "Send Message" link. Click this.
5. A floating window will appear in which you can type your message. Then click on "Send message."
Your message will be sent to the business. The business can then respond and you'll receive an email alerting you when it does.
