What to do if a ticket is marked complete but you can't see the results of the ticket

 A brand may mark a ticket "Complete" but you may not be able to see the action that the brand said it took. For example, it may say that it added an item, but you can't find that item.
You may wish to message the brand to find out what action it took.
1. Login to your Bridge.

2. Roll over "Management" and from the drop down click on "Ticket Tracking."

3. On the Ticket Tracking home page, by default you'll see tickets that others submitted to you. You'll see text that says "Requests you submitted to others: " and to the right of this text a "Complete" link. Click the Complete link.

4. On the page showing completed requests that you submitted, find the ticket that was marked complete that you have a question about. Within that ticket, you'll see a "Send message" link. Click on this send message link.

5. Send a message to the brand asking it where you can see the action it took.
