Unsubscribe a customer from emails, such as review request, anniversary reminders, etc.

1. Login to your Bridge.
2. At the top of your site, roll over "Management" and from the drop down click on "All Customers."
3. On the customers page, find the customer that wishes to unsubscribe. If you wish, you can search by email address at the top of the page. 
4. Once you find the customer, click his or her name to show his or her profile page.
5. On the customer's profile page, scroll down to where there is a check box and text that says:

Email anniversary reminders & promotions

6. Uncheck the box to the left of this text.
7. Save your changes by clicking on the blue "Update" button.
